BRIEF
This family-run company was focused on their engineering pedigree and had paid little attention to their brand — the challenge was to move the business forward changing the perspection of their excellent capbilities by communicating more on a peer-to-peer basis (instead of sounding like an SME) with large corporates in oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and EPCs — about their key benefits of technical quality and effectiveness.

RESPONSE
We modernised the brand identity with suggestions of “testing and gauging” — and created a messaging system that best amplified their specialist abilities as the “Measure of Assurance” in mission critical situations — the messaging focused on reflecting the key benefits to their clientele (ultimately, less downtime, and more uptime), supported by their unique selling propositions (USPs) and the reasons to believe in these key messages.
