Many organisations have the right ingredients of being better brands. And unlocking this potential is the our most valuable contribution. The process of Brand DNA® is not about a logo or a strap-line — it is defining the invisible force that holds a business together; in a compelling and relevant way.

Our work with RSP began by asking, “What do you want to be famous for?” — an impertinent question? No. It is often a question that sorts out the men from the boys. And I don’t mean to be sexiest in any way; as we actually asked the partners of RSP, “Is your brand male or female?” And in going through this process, we consensually agreed upon the notion that it was about reimagining the possibilities. What will happen to retail after online shopping? What is the future of hospitality after COVID-19?

The phrase “design reimagined” is how they will address these issues. And by this, RSP are saying that they are among the global leaders in delivering integrated solutions that transform environments. They provide comprehensive solutions conceived through collaborative experience. By leveraging their multidisciplinary capabilities, broad experience across all typologies; and their creative/imaginative design — that they will meet their client’s challenges — and in doing do will activate future value with responsibility and sustainability.

BRIEF 
RSP is one of the most established multidisciplinary design and engineering practices in Singapore and the region. With a global presence, they have creative hubs in Singapore, China, Dubai, Vietnam, Malaysia and India. However, their key issue was, that they were not seem as a “name” architect and were pigeon-holed as a local firm used for implementation. They needed to shift this reputation and start to look and feel like one of global best.

RESPONCE 
Our response began with a Brand DNA® Workshop with all the global partners, facilitated by ColinAnderson, as their brand strategist — this was proceeded by in-depth-interviews with all the participants — in the process of consensually building the new RSP Brand DNA®. From this critical inputs, the future-forward perspective saying … “We are global leaders in delivering integrated solutions that transform environments. We provide comprehensive solutions conceived through collaborative experience; leveraging our multi-disciplinary capabilities, broad experience across all typologies; and our creative/imaginative design. We work diligently together with our clients, meeting their challenges, activating future value; all in tune with responsibility and sustainability.”
